The bigger fish in Tolpits lake have come out in the upper 30s, but I do not know which ones or when caught. Castles Lake is fishing particularly well at the present time, with good bags of fish to most methods. Some good fish have also been caught on Thurlows and Stanleys – no specific details available.

Leigh caught this very welcome common from Rousbarn on the 7th of March. The fish weighed in at 20lb.12oz, Leigh also lost another good fish in the early hours.
