WEATHER: Temperatures still yo yoing, but still in the teens during the day but, chilly at night. Remember, forecasts change frequently. Always check  the local weather outlook before any planned fishing sessions so you are well prepared.

MATCH NEWS:

* Friday 12th April to Sunday 14th April - Tolpits Lake - 10:00 Friday until 14:30 Sunday.

Please leave the lake by midnight Thursday 11th April. You can return to fish Sunday after the match has completed.  For Safety do not walk the lake until those who have taken part in the match have packed up and left their swims. At present all swims are taken, however if you are still interested, contact Brim, 07342 655627, who will contact you should there be any drop outs!

* Sunday 21st April - Castles Lake - Absolon and Grove Cup - 08:00 - 14:30

* Sunday 12th May - Thurlows - Wesley Cup Over 60's Trophy.

* Sunday 26th May - Tolpits - Championship Leg 1.

NOTE: YOU don't have to be a regular match fisher to take part, you can choose one or as many matches as you want to take part in. Who knows you might enjoy the experience and become a regular Match Fisher! Why not give it a try!

WORK PARTY DATES: There are jobs to suit all and Your help will make Our Complex even better. So if you can make even one of these dates please do. Many hands make light work!

* Saturday/Sunday - 27th and 28th April 2024 - 09:00 - 13:00

Sign in at the Containers for work allocation and for Safety be sure to wear suitable clothing and footwear, bring along a pair of work gloves to protect your hands. Tools will be supplied. Any tools will be signed out to you and ticked off upon return. Should you be unable to carry out a Work Party at weekends contact Ron your Water Management Chairman 07445 975001 who may be able to arrange a Work Party during the week.

CURRENT MEMBERSHIP COMPLEX SEASON 2024/25 DATES:

Renewals are now open for the 24/25  season please see the Complex renewal dates below. Please remember that we do need your old membership card back as we are still missing some photos of members and if you still wish to fish our complex while your membership is being processed before the 1st May 2024 then please take pictures of the front and back of the membership card as the bailiffs will except this for the month of April ONLY, Bailiffs will be notified of this process while renewals are ongoing.

Renewal Location: Bungalow/Lodge, Tolpits Lake.

*Saturday 20th April 2024 – 09:30-13:00hrs.

*Sunday 21st April 2024 – 09:30-13:00hrs.

*Saturday 27th April 2024 09:30-13:00hrs.

*Wednesday 1st May 2024 (please remember this is the final renewal day) 10:00-12:00hrs.

Payment via renewal day’s Complex: Credit/Debit Card, Cheque, BACS Transfer or Postal Order Only.

Payment via post: Cheque, BACS Transfer or Postal Order. The renewal forms have been sent out to all current members who have supplied us with an email address, please check your emails or you can download a renewal form from Our Website.

GUEST PERMITS:

Guest Permits, as well as from Harefield Tackle, Guest Permits can be purchased from Your Water Management Chairman, Ron Westwood, Mobile: 07445 975001. Please note as per Rule: 13.1 Day Tickets only are available at £10.  Day tickets, 24 hour and 48 hour Tickets are  available, from the 1st November - 14th March inclusive Each season. See Rule 13 to 13.3 in your Rule Book for full details.

FISHING LICENCE:

Please check your fishing licence is upto date. The EA visit Our Complex at various times through the year to check licences. You risk having your gear confiscated and a heavy fine should you not have a suitable Licence.Whatever you decide to do this weekend Stay Safe, Stay Well and Stay Warm and Dry. 🎣🐟🎏
