ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2021

We are planning to hold an AGM sometime in July 2021, subject to government Covid rules which appear to be being relaxed around 21st June. Nearer the time we will confirm the dates and venue etc.

However, in readiness for this AGM we are now asking all members for their contributions to any new rule or rule changes that they want to propose at that AGM. We intend to take all proposals from members submitted to the Secretary by 16th JUNE 2021 and include them in the agenda.

All proposals must be proposed and seconded by current members of the club. Your attendance at the AGM will also be required to present these.
