WEATHER:
Outlook forecast to be dry over the next week with Sunday temperatures currently looking like, 29° and Monday 30°. Remember, forecasts change frequently. Always check the local weather outlook before any planned fishing sessions so you are well prepared.
OUTLOOK:
Thursday, 20°/17°, showers, Friday, 24°/13°, sunny intervals, Saturday, 24°/14°, cloudy, Sunday, 29°/17°, sunny intervals, Monday, 30°/14°, sunny, Tuesday, 24°/15°, sunny, Wednesday, 23/11°, sunny intervals.
CATCH REPORT: July 2024
TOLPITS:
Been fishing reasonably well. There have been several Carp up to 32lb. Many named Carp including Oscars Fully, One Eyed Common, Two Tone Common and Ghostie. Plenty of Bream up to 8lb 10oz. Also a few Tench up to 8lb, Perch, Roach, Rudd and plenty other Silvers.
THURLOWS:
Has been fishing extremely well throughout the month with some Carp up to 31lb. A member caught 14 Carp over 3 days. Tench up to 5lb 8oz, Bream up to 9lb 2oz, several Perch caught on worms and maggots and many other Silvers also caught
CASTLES:
Your always guaranteed to have a bend on the rod on the lake. Many Carp up to 13lb. Lots of Skimmers, Perch, Gudgeon, Rudd, Tench, Roach, Bream and few Crucian Carp. One member caught 32 carp surface fishing on a day session.
RIVER:
A couple of Carp up to 8lb have been caught. A few small Perch on worms and maggots. Also, several Bream and other Silvers.
STANLEYS:
Always fishing well, with many good catches of Carp coming out up to 26lb 4oz. Plenty Bream up to 5lb, Tench and lots of Silvers.

NEWS FROM CARPENDERS PARK ANGLING CLUB:
The Boating Lake has all water activities suspended due to high levels of Intestinal Enterococci. All other lakes can currently be fished
CHECK - CLEAN - DRY:
PLEASE NOTE: Where ever you decide to fish, especially on Our Complex, make sure you Dip all Nets, Slings, Mats and Cradles before you fish and again if you change Lakes before you fish and always make sure you carry with you and use, Hand Sanitizer to protect yourself.
SCHOOL HOLIDAYS:
Members, Stuck for an idea of what to do during the school holidays, why not bring you sons and daughters to Our Complex for a days fishing!

NOTE: YOU don't have to be a regular match fisher to take part, you can choose one or as many matches as you want to take part in. Who knows you might enjoy the experience and become a regular Match Fisher! Why not give it a try!

WATER MANAGEMENT:
Should any member have access to used scaffold poles that can be used for repairs around Our Complex please contact, Ron, your Water Management Chairman, 07445 975001, it will be greatly appreciated.
GUEST PERMITS:
Guest Permits, as well as from Harefield Tackle, Guest Permits can be purchased from Your Water Management Chairman, Ron Westwood, Mobile: 07445 975001. Please note as per Rule: 13.1 A Guest Permit must be obtained before entering the societies fisheries. Day Permit £10. 24 hour Permit , £25 and 48 hour Permit, £45, for Tolpits, Thurlows and Stanleys, Permits are available, from the 1st November - 14th March inclusive each season. Available to Senior Members only, minimum 18 years old, the guest shall share the same swim or be in an adjacent swim to the member. See Rule 13 to 13.3 in your Rule Book for full details.
